Delivery Information

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 Working days, from the Stitching Spirit studio in the North East of England.

All parcels are trackable, a tracking number will be available once shipping is complete.

Costs:

UK - £3.50 - Tracked 48

International - £15.00 - International Tracked

Please note Stitching Spirit cannot be held responsible for delays, taxes or customs relating to your country. If an item is returned to us due to none payment of your local tax or duty, any refund will be minus these costs.

Delivery times will differ from time to time, due to certain delays within Royal Mail. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive if you are within the UK, if you are outside the UK this could be longer.

You should get an email confirmation when you check out. This can be your proof of purchase.

If the address the customer enters is incorrect when an order is placed and it comes back to me, there will be an additional cost to re send the item back to the customer.

All prices are processed in GBP and you may have to pay local tax or import duty to receive you parcel. Stitching Spirit is not responsible for paying any of these fees.

If items are returned to me because any of these fees stated above are not paid, and you wish for a refund, the refund amount will be minus the cost of the shipping fees.
