Refund Policy

I do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any digital product. But if there is anything I can help with or if there is any problems please let me know at -

With any physical product such as a Kit or supplies, you have to let me know within 14 days of receiving the product that you want to return it. You then have another 14 days to return the product to me. I will then process a refund once I have received the item back in an acceptable condition.

Please note if you are wanting to cancel an order and return it, the postage must be covered by the customer upon returning the item back and will not be included in the refund amount. If the item has been damaged in any way in which the packaging or product has been damaged beyond the necessary handling (i.e. the customer has damaged the product when opening the product) there may be an amount deducted from the final refund amount.

If you are wanting to return a product because it is faulty or damaged the postage will be covered by stitching spirit once the item is returned back.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item.
